If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Movil-Parts Distributor within 60 days of purchase date. Subject to conditions below.
Refunds / Credits
●Any package without an R.M.A. identification number or invoice will not be processed
●All returns must be in original packaging along with the warranty seal, otherwise, the warranty on the part will be considered void.
●Usage by a third party voids warranty.
●Multiple R.M.A.s in a package will be accepted if the items are attached to their corresponding R.M.A. invoice.
●Unclaimed packages (due to not containing R.M.A. number) and denied R.M.A. items will be stored for a period of three months after which items will be discarded.
●Movil-Parts is not responsible for notifying the customer of packages containing extra items (items with no corresponding invoice in the system.)
●Movil-Parts will not be responsible for the shipping cost if you request any denied products to be returned to you
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will credit your account within 3-5 business days.
Movil-Parts will only issue store credit for returned merchandise. A refund will only be issued to a customer who will no longer be ordering from Movil-Parts thereafter.
Each customer is responsible for keeping track of any updates regarding their returns as this information can be found on your Movil-Parts account.
To inquire about any R.M.A. or request a denied item back, you must contact our customer service department.
Physically damaged-on-arrival products:
●Call Customer service immediately after receiving damaged and/or visibly harmed items. (Including suspicion of damage due to visibly harmed packages before opening)
●Once Movil-Parts is notified of the incident, a case number will be assigned to your return. Please include case number in the reason for the return section when submitting the R.M.A. invoice.
Internally defective items do not fall under this category.
Reports for missing items or items damaged in transit must be notified to Customer Service within 3 business days upon delivery.
Movil-Parts is not liable for damage due to technician mishandling or lost return items during transit. Influence on decisions for actions taken will solely depend on policies and regulations given by the shipping carrier. Movil-Parts is not responsible for carrier delays that are out of our control.
Movil-Parts will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the use of any merchandise purchased from us. Movil-Parts’s liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise only. Damages include, but are not limited to, prominent scratches and ripped flex cables.
It is the customer’s responsibility to test all parts that have been ordered once merchandise has been received. Movil-Parts will not issue any store credit to an account after 60 days from the purchase date.
All return shipping cost is at the sole responsibility of the buyer. In the case of insufficient postage at the time of delivery to Movil-Part’s returns facility, Movil-Parts reserves the right to refuse the package.
